Mrs. Galavotti has accrued 20 years of experience in environmental engineering in both an industrial manufacturing setting and as a consultant. She was responsible for the environmental department at two industrial sites for International Paper as well as handling regulatory affairs and on-site compliance issues.

She is also familiar with multimedia permitting issues and real-world application of designs. She worked as an operator and engineer at a 1.2 MGD process/wastewater treatment plant.

Mrs. Galavotti leads the industrial compliance group for Shield including performing site visits and audits, file reviews, attending inspections, completing applications and negotiating violations with the appropriate agencies.
